The youth division is open to ages 5 to 17 while the adult competition is open to those 18 and older. Grand Prize winner in each category will receive $500. The first place winner in each division will receive $200, second place $100 and third place $50. The entry fee is $30. Applications may be picked up at the Greenup County News-Times on Harrison Street in Greenup.
